Ranch Dressing

 Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • ½ cup buttermilk (adjust for desired thickness)

  • 1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped)

  • ½ tsp dried parsley

  • ½ tsp dried chives

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt (to taste)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar (optional for extra tang)


Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.

  2. Add the dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning. If you like it tangier, add lemon juice or vinegar.

  4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving (this helps the flavors meld).

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
